Those who are completing a competitive season and would like to have their fitness monitored on a regular basis and improve on last years results.
- Monthly communication via e-mail with Elite Fitness staff to discuss the months training and to review the plan for the coming month.
- Tailored monthly training programmes specific to your needs.
- Receive 2 detailed sports science fitness tests to measure your VO2max and blood lactate parameter. One at the start of the training plan and one prior to race season to fine tune your training. Tests carried out at University of Glamorgan.
