Lindsay Hodges

Personal Trainer and Studio Instructor, Lindsay, makes the most of her knowledge from a Sports Science degree and years of experience. Lindsay’s relaxed and friendly approach is very popular with female clients at Elite Fitness.

By incorporating skills from group classes Lindsay teaches one on one session’s with energy and vigour. Many of Lindsay’s clients combine personal training with our class programs, making her classes more personal.

Lindsay currently teaches Spin, Body Pump, Dance Fitness, Body Balance and Boxercise.
