S'happening Steve, Pocket, Tim, Team Vince, Milo, Pete, Si, Mike Jones.

80% 1Rep Max Squat x 8 with 2min run as fast as possible...2min rest repeated x 3

40kg Hang clean, lunge and push press repeated x 5 working in partners for 12minutes.

Finisher:Superstars.

100reps press ups and squat thrust in pairs...victory went to team vince and pocket...next week pocket is hoping Vince does the whole 100 reps not just 95 like this week!
