6 Sumo high pulls, 6 Hang cleans and 6 push press with 40kg: How many reps in 20 mins.
The answer: 20
Workout 2:
The Bear! 8 Deadlifts, 8 bent over row, 8 Hang cleans, 8 front squat, 8 push press, 8 back squaty and 8 good morning to finish for 20 minutes.
Workout 3:
25 pull ups, 400m run, 21 thrusters with 40kg, 800m run, 21 thrusters with 40kg, 400 run and finish with 25 pull ups complete in 20 minutes.
Boys in attendence tonight: Mike Jones (who!?), Milo (loving the thrusters!), Jim, O's, Si, Vince, Greg (welcome back). The boys choose two workouts from 3 and hammered it.
